GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on November 10, 2023 with the purchase of 6,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 13.3933 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 80,360.00 euros.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on November 10^th 2023 with the purchase of 510,700 own shares at the average price of 7.8026 euros per share and at a total value of 3,984,767.97 euros.
