GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on November 9, 2023 with the purchase of 11,250 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 13.5636 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 152,590.00 euros.

Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on November 9^th 2023 with the purchase of 1,260 own shares at the average price of 7.99984 euros per share and at a total value of 10,079.80 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 9, 2023 it effected purchases of 6,000 Company shares of total value EUR 135,864.00 (average price per share: EUR 22.644).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,313,030 corresponding to 2.09% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 17.757 per share.
