Following publications on the web, the company under the name "ELLAKTOR SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "ELLAKTOR S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), categorically denies any rumor of an alleged intention to sell its subsidiary AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. ("AKTOR CONCESSIONS").

AKTOR CONCESSIONS is ELLAKTOR's largest subsidiary with estimated total cash inflow of more than €1 bn, from existing Concessions during their contractual duration.
