GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on November 14, 2023 with the purchase of 7,056 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 13.4466 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 94,879.28 euros.

Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on November 14^th 2023 with the purchase of 3,666 own shares at the average price of 8.15187 euros per share and at a total value of 29,884.74 euros.
