(Bloomberg: BELA GA – Reuters: BABr.AT -ISIN: GRS282183003), announces that, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 26.9.2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 30.09.2024, on 4.10.2024 the Company purchased 20.000 own shares at an average price of EUR 25,8131 per share of total value EUR 516.261,78.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on October 4^th 2024 with the purchase of 6,311 own shares at the average price of 10.89 euros per share and at a total value of 68,721.46 euros.
