"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 1/10/2024 decision of the Board of Directors, on Thursday 3/10/2024 it purchased 2,500 own shares with an average purchase price of 6.54 euros per share, with a total value of 16,351.20 euros.

Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 41,683 own shares, corresponding to 0.30% of the Company's total shares.

Share capital increase by issue of new ordinary shares of the Company by an amount of up to EUR 200 million (including issue premium) within the authorised capital with disapplication of the statutory preferential subscription rights of existing shareholders and application of Preferential Allocation to Existing Minority Shareholders of the Company, subject to approval of the prospectus that the Company intends to issue in respect of the transaction.
