Acquisition of own shares

ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 02.07.2024, on 20.11.2024, purchased through the Athens Exchange 2,750 own shares at an average price of €13.6769 per share, and a total value of €37,611.45.

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,153,720 corresponding to 2.85% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.286 per share.
