MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 21,2024 it effected purchases of 4,010 Company shares of total value EUR 77,193.50 (average price per share: EUR 19.250).

 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,153,720 corresponding to 2.85% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.286 per share.
