The ATHEX, applying Regulation no 96 of the ATHEX BoD (Gov. Gaz. 554/B/8.5.2003), which introduces a special trading category of shares, under the name " low production activity", announces that as of Monday, May 12, 2003, the shares of the companies Vernicos Yachts & Shipping Holdings S.A., Nick Galis Youth Cent. & Assisted Living S.A. and Kekrops S.A. will be traded in that category.

It is noted that the shares of these companies had been classified in the special category ?under supervision?, according to decision of the ATHEX BoD on 6.3.2003. The trading of these shares, according to Regulation no 96 will be realized, following the call auction trading method, as described in Regulation no 18 of the ATHEX BoD.
