The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing requirements are met, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, regarding the listing of “FAIS GROUP S.A.” (ISIN: GRS542003009), on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that adequate free float of the company's shares will be achieved, according to the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook.
 

On Monday, March 10, 2025, the Athens Stock Exchange proudly hosted the “Ring the Bell for Gender Equality” event as part of the global initiative led by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), UN Global Compact, and the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative. This worldwide initiative aims to promote gender equality and strengthen the role of women in capital markets and the corporate sector.

According to ATHEX SMSC Resolution No 22 (par. 4.2, point 1. e) and following the extraordinary review on free float of the share of TERNA ENERGY S.A. (GRS496003005), daily share price trading limits of ±10% will be set at the share starting price as of Thursday, March 6th, 2025.

The Athens Stock Exchange, as part of its ongoing effort to improve the services, products, and tools it provides to the Greek Capital Market ecosystem, is conducting a consultation to enhance the representativeness of the ATHEX Equity Market indices.

The objective is to further refine the index methodology to better serve market participants and reflect changing market conditions more effectively.

Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of February 26, 2025, regarding the delisting of the shares of "VIS CONTAINER MANUFACTURING Co." (ISIN: GRS124153008), from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Friday, February 28th, 2025.
