Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of April 29, 2025, regarding the delisting of the shares of “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” (ISIN: GRS496003005), from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Friday, May 2nd, 2025.

Delisting of Shares of SATO OFFICE AND HOUSEWARE SUPPLIES S.A.
The Athens Stock Exchange, during today’s session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, examined the case of SATO OFFICE AND HOUSEWARE SUPPLIES S.A. (ISIN: GRS156203002) which falls under the provisions of article 2.6.12 of the ATHEX Rulebook regarding delisting, and decided the delisting of the company’s shares, which have been under trading suspension for a period of at least six months and there is no prospect of resumption of trading.
