The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained the initial fulfilment of listing requirements, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005 and §3.1.15.3 and §3.1.15.6 of the ATHEX Rulebook, regarding the listing of “ALPHA BANK S.A.” (ISIN: GRS830003000) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, subject to the Prospectus approval by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
