The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained the initial fulfilment of listing requirements, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005 and §3.1.15.3 and §3.1.15.6 of the ATHEX Rulebook, regarding the listing of “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.” (ISIN: GRS831003009) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, subject to the Prospectus approval by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

ATHEX Mid Cap Conference 2025, organized by the Athens Stock Exchange at the Royal Olympic Hotel, concluded today with high participation.

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed the Management, executives, and partners of LAMDA Development to mark the commencement of trading of the company’s new bond on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The company’s CEO, Mr. Odysseas Athanasiou, officially opened the trading session by ringing the traditional bell.

ATHEX Small Cap Conference 2025, organized by Athens Stock Exchange at the Royal Olympic Hotel, concluded today with great success.

During the conference, senior executives of 19 listed small-cap companies had the opportunity to present their financial results, their growth prospects and future plans to Greek fund managers and analysts.
