The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), during today’s session, examined the requests submitted by the Companies "BIOTER S.A.” (ISIN: GRS135003002) and “SELECTED TEXTILE IND. ASSOC. S.A.” (ISIN: GRS045003001) for the re-evaluation of the decision taken on 19.12.2025 by the Listings & Markets Operations Committee regarding the delisting of their shares on 22.01.2026, and decided the following:

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed the management, executives and partners of Piraeus Bank on the completion of the merger by absorption of Piraeus Financial Holdings by Piraeus Bank and the commencement of trading of its shares on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The CEO of Piraeus Bank, Mr Christos Megalou, rang the opening bell of today’s trading session.

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed the management, executives, and partners of the AKTOR Group on the commencement of trading of its Common Bond Loan on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the AKTOR Group, Mr. Alexandros Exarchou, rang the opening bell of the trading session.
